Divergent Realities is currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals within the Cards & Tankards community who may be interested in contributing to the future development of the game.
We are looking to fill the following part-time, paid intern-level positions:
While professional industry experience is not required, it is certainly valued. We are primarily seeking individuals who are passionate about game development and can demonstrate relevant experience through hobby projects, personal work, collaborative efforts, or active/completed education in their respective fields.
We are looking for a creative, outside-of-the-box thinker with strong social and interpersonal skills. The ability to communicate ideas clearly, collaborate effectively, and understand player experience is essential. A degree in Game Design is not required but would be considered a strong asset.
Applicants should have hands-on experience working with Unity and C#. This may include hobby projects, prototypes, collaborative work, or formal education. A solid understanding of development fundamentals and a willingness to learn and iterate are key.
We are seeking someone organized, communicative, and capable of managing timelines, task coordination, and team collaboration. Experience in project coordination, team leadership, or structured workflow management is important. Formal education or relevant project experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
